Captain meeting at 16th & JFK (Div 1-4) 10:00 AM PARADE ROUTE ending at 5th & Market Sts.Vehicle check in point is Schuylkill Ave.(30th St) & JFK Blvd.Explain Barricades / trash trucks on JFK. Buses to go Columbus Blvd.Explain staging and bus pick up on website.Explain keep Middle of JFK open for Emergency VehiclesExplain end of parade now at 5th & Market Sts. BEFORE each Division reaches reviewing stand, CAPTAIN mustsee us to go over changes for TV and Announcer.Do not call us, you cannot hear at reviewing stand!Use Market and Arch Streets to drop off marchers. Keep middle lane of JFK BLVD.  clear of all vehicles.  
FINAL MOST IMPORTANT ITEMS:SECURITY, SAFETY AND COMMON SENSE:IF THERE IS CONFUSION AND NO CAPTAIN AROUND, SAFETY COMES FIRST!!!!!  NO ONE MOVES A TRUCK WITHOUT 3 MARSHALS, 1 FRONT, 1 IN REAR, 1 WITH DRIVER.  IF THERE IS ANY DANGER, LEAVE IT THERE, AND LET THEM WALK OR BE OUT OF ORDER.SAFETY FIRST!Say a Prayer for the safety of everyone involved!
