Update Mailing list and contact sheet, pass out current and make changes.
Hand out assignments, badges, and tickets, captain’s reports
Emphasize safety and explain duties
Div 1 assembles 10:15 marshals due at 10:00
Div 2 assembles 10:15 marshals due at 10:00
Div 3 assembles 10:15 marshals due at 10:00
Div 4 assembles 11:00 marshals due at 10:00
Div 5 assembles 11:00 marshals due at 10:30 ( GROUP OF MARCHERS ON 20TH ST)
Explain Barricades / trash trucks on JFK.
Buses to go Lemon Hill and Sedgley Ave
Explain staging and bus pick up on website.
Explain keep Middle of JFK open for Emergency Vehicles
Explain end of parade now at Art Museum Push end of Parade
EMS is located at 16th & JFK and
Parade route and Art Museum near Rocky Statue
Signs will be up on street corners.
Captain’s reports due at end of parade.
Captain meeting at 16th & JFK 10:00 AM
All large vehicles parked on JFK 10:00 AM!
Cars or busses not in parade go to Lemon Hill and Sedgley
Need marshals to keep divisions close at reviewing stand.
Move dancer's parents forward to right
No Political, vehicle, and offensive signs

Performing groups are dancers and or singers only.
All groups with bands will play 90 seconds.
Homeland Security needs registration prior or they are not allowing vehicles in the parade.

BEFORE each Division reaches reviewing stand, CAPTAIN must
see Someone up front to go over changes for TV and Announcer.
Do not call us, you cannot hear at reviewing stand!
Use Market and Arch Streets to drop off marchers.
Keep middle lane of JFK BLVD. clear of all vehicles.
FINAL MOST IMPORTANT ITEMS:SECURITY, SAFETY AND COMMON SENSE:IF THERE IS CONFUSION AND NO CAPTAIN AROUND, SAFETY COMES FIRST!!!!! NO ONE MOVES A TRUCK WITHOUT 3 MARSHALS, 1 FRONT, 1 IN REAR, 1 WITH DRIVER. IF THERE IS ANY DANGER, LEAVE IT THERE, AND LET THEM WALK OR BE OUT OF ORDER.SAFETY FIRST!Say a Prayer for the safety of everyone involved!
