Do not call on phone, you cannot hear at reviewing stand!
Marshals must push each group all the way up TO FRONT STREET.
Do not stop when you reach reviewing stand!!!
NUMBER IN LINE OF MARCH on dashboards of all vehicles.
No throwing candy from vehicles, must hand out!
Block off 15th st with police barricades.
Use Market and Arch Streets to drop off marchers.  No drop off traffic on JFK BLVD.

SECURITY, SAFETY AND COMMON SENSE:
Keep middle lane of JFK BLVD.  clear of all vehicles.

PARADE ROUTE ending at Front and Dock St

Vehicle check in point is 
Schuylkill Ave.(30th St) & JFK Blvd
.

Update Mailing list and contact sheet, pass out current and make changes.

Hand out assignments, badges, and tickets, captain’s reports

Explain Barricades / trash trucks on JFK. 

Buses to go Columbus Blvd.

Explain staging and bus pick up on website.

Explain keep Middle of JFK open for Emergency Vehicles

Explain end of parade now at Front & Market Sts. Push end of Parade

Emphasize safety and explain duties

EMS is located at 16th & JFK and 6th & Market

Signs will be up on street corners.

Captain’s reports due at end of parade.
